Terms of Service

Effective: September 24, 2026

These Terms govern use of the ReviSign website, application and document services. ReviSign is a service of Syntrix Labs LLC. “We,” “us,” and the service operator mean Syntrix Labs LLC. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].

1. Acceptance, eligibility and authority

By using ReviSign, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to maintain an account. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it and to submit and process information on its behalf. A separate signed agreement may control where it expressly conflicts with these Terms.

2. Accounts and organizations

Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Protect passwords, devices, sessions, authentication factors, recovery codes, signing links and API credentials. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for administering access appropriately.

Ordinary workspace membership does not grant access to every member’s documents. My Documents shows your own created or sent documents. Authorized Account Owners and Administrators may explicitly access Account Documents, and that administrative access is recorded. Organizations are responsible for appointing appropriate administrators, managing memberships and making their internal privacy expectations clear.

Recipient links, API credentials and authorized integrations provide separate access for their intended workflows. Do not share them with unauthorized people. Staff support access does not create a general right to browse customer document content.

3. Electronic signatures and electronic records

ReviSign facilitates document preparation, review, electronic signatures, delivery and retention of workflow evidence. You decide whether an electronic signature is appropriate for your transaction and jurisdiction. Some records require additional formalities, disclosures, consent, witnesses, notarization or a different signing method.

When a workflow asks you to consent to electronic records or apply a signature, review the document and the stated consent before acting. Do not proceed if you do not intend the indicated action; contact the sender about alternatives or required withdrawal procedures. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents, recipient identity and authority, required notices and consent to electronic records, and any legally required alternative or withdrawal process. Sending a link or recording an action does not independently establish every legal requirement or prove a person’s authority.

We do not guarantee that every electronic signature or document will be enforceable in every jurisdiction or circumstance. Syntrix Labs LLC provides technology through ReviSign, not legal advice, brokerage, escrow or notarization. It is not your lawyer, broker, escrow agent or notary, and is not a party to your documents. Obtain professional advice when needed. Review the final document and preserve copies and evidence required for your records.

Document workflows, evidence and integrations

Deal Rooms organize members, document versions, tasks and activity. Share information only with people authorized to receive it. Room permissions and sender instructions control the available actions. Review/Approve steps can precede signing; approval is a workflow action and does not substitute for a required signature or professional review. CC recipients receive copies or notifications and do not complete a required signing step.

Audit history records workflow events. Where applied, cryptographic sealing helps detect changes to the completed artifact; it is not notarization, a guarantee of identity, or a legal opinion. A completed envelope is a record of that transaction, not a reusable signing transaction. Preserve downloaded completed documents and their evidence.

API users must protect credentials, respect permissions and limits, supply accurate recipient and document instructions, verify webhook authenticity, and reconcile uncertain submissions before retrying. Third-party participants and integrated applications have their own responsibilities and terms. Integrations do not grant broader access than authorized.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use ReviSign to impersonate others, forge or falsify signatures or records, commit fraud, violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware or unlawful content, send abusive or unauthorized communications, bypass access controls, disclose another person’s confidential information without authority, or interfere with service operation. Do not probe security, overload the service or circumvent usage restrictions without authorization.

Submit only information you are entitled to process. Do not rely on ReviSign for a regulated or specialized use requiring certifications, assurances or contractual safeguards that we have not expressly agreed to provide.

5. Customer content and confidentiality

You or your licensors retain ownership of your documents, templates, entered information, signatures and other customer content. You grant ReviSign the limited rights needed to host, store, reproduce, convert, prepare, display and transmit that content, carry out authorized review and signing workflows, produce completed artifacts and evidence, and maintain the service and its records. These rights extend to service providers only as needed to perform those functions.

We process customer content for service operation, support you request, security, legal obligations and the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Access is subject to authorized recipients, workspace administration and integrations. Confidentiality does not prevent disclosures required by law or reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents or disputes. Do not include unnecessary sensitive content in support requests.

6. Plans, trials, fees and taxes

Paid features, included usage, seats, prices, currency and billing cadence are described in the plan or order presented to you. Where recurring billing is offered, you authorize recurring charges according to the terms shown at checkout until cancellation takes effect. Plan or seat changes may affect charges; review the displayed change terms and any proration before confirming.

Trial eligibility, duration, payment-method requirements and any transition to paid service are those disclosed when you enroll. Cancel before the disclosed trial deadline to avoid an ensuing subscription charge. A trial or promotional offer is not a promise of continuing free service.

Stripe provides payment processing where enabled. You must provide valid payment information and pay agreed fees. Taxes legally chargeable on your purchase may apply; you remain responsible for taxes imposed on you, excluding taxes imposed on our income. The service does not promise to calculate or remit every tax that may apply to your business.

7. Cancellation, refunds and complimentary service

Use available billing controls or contact support to request cancellation. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the applicable current service period, as confirmed by the billing flow. Cancellation does not itself refund prior charges or delete documents and historical records.

Refunds are reviewed through support and are not automatically granted by cancellation. Your order terms and applicable law control any refund entitlement. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights.

Complimentary service, including an expressly granted Unlimited Complimentary account, does not require recurring payment while the grant remains in effect. A grant may have an expiration or be withdrawn according to its conditions. It does not promise perpetual free service and does not authorize an automatic paid conversion without an appropriate paid-service authorization.

“Unlimited” does not remove reasonable technical, usage, security or abuse limits. Exceptional usage may require administrative review or restrictions to protect service operation. Complimentary safety limits do not themselves authorize billing.

BuyRest-sponsored access

Eligible BuyRest accounts may receive sponsored ReviSign access under the disclosed offer. Access depends on continuing eligibility and an active sponsorship; expiration, revocation or loss of eligibility can restrict new activity. Sponsored access does not authorize an automatic paid subscription. Independent paid entitlements and historical completed records are handled under their applicable terms and access controls.

8. Third parties and external authentication

Third-party integrations, payment services and identity providers have their own terms and availability. You authorize the integrations you configure and are responsible for their permissions. Linking or using Google login requests identity scopes for authentication, not access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or other unrelated services. Google does not endorse ReviSign. External login does not change your workspace or document permissions. Maintain an available account-recovery method.

9. Availability, security, suspension and termination

We work to operate and secure the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, data loss or unauthorized access. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt service. Keep independent copies of important records.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security threats, material violations, nonpayment or discontinuation of service. We will provide notice and an opportunity to address issues where appropriate; urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.

After service ends, new sending may be unavailable. Limited retrieval may remain available under the applicable account lifecycle and authorization controls. Do not assume indefinite access or a universal export window. Retrieve needed records before cancellation and contact support about access problems. Suspension does not authorize destruction or alteration of completed signing history; retention and deletion remain subject to legal, integrity and operational requirements.

10. Service intellectual property and feedback

ReviSign and its licensors retain rights in the service software, design, branding and other service materials, apart from customer content. These Terms grant only the right to use the service as permitted. You may voluntarily provide feedback; you allow us to use it to develop and improve the service without compensation, but do not include confidential information in unsolicited feedback.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant the legal sufficiency of your documents, recipient authority or transaction outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the service. Any additional agreed liability limit must be stated in a separate applicable agreement; these Terms do not set a monetary cap.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other non-waivable obligations. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms do not select mandatory arbitration, waive class proceedings or designate an exclusive court or governing-law jurisdiction. Applicable law and any non-waivable rights govern in the absence of a valid agreed selection. Contact support first to seek an informal resolution.

13. Changes, notices and contact

We may revise these Terms as the service changes, with additional notice where required by law. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material paid-service changes are subject to applicable notice and agreement requirements. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
